ESA Made Easy – Arizona Families is a membership-based program designed to help Arizona ESA parents navigate the ESA process more easily, access helpful tools, and connect with other families. While we provide information, tools, and resources, we do not offer legal advice.
2. Membership Requirements
Membership is intended for Arizona families and individuals interested in the ESA program. You must be at least 18 years old to join. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to update it if it changes.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
Membership fees are billed monthly or annually according to your selected plan. Refunds are provided according to our published Refund Policy. If payment fails, your access to the community and tools may be suspended until payment is resolved.
4. Appropriate Use of the Community
By participating, you agree to be respectful to other members, not share other members' personal information outside the group, not post misleading, false, or unlawful content, and not use the group for self-promotion or unsolicited sales unless specifically approved. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any member who violates these terms without refund.
5. Tools & Resources Disclaimer
Our ESA Purchase Finder, Curriculum Generator, and Business Connector are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep our tools accurate, but ESA approval decisions are made solely by the Arizona Department of Education. We cannot guarantee approval of any submission. Our Monthly ESA Insider Briefing & Q&A is informational only; no legal, financial, or official advice is given.
